As infection control specialist we are recruiting more “unsung heroes” – the frontline service engineers whose vital work helps to keep hospital wards and care homes open.
We need to recruit more service engineers to install, inspect and service bedpan washer disinfectors and medical pulp macerators across the UK.
Our company’s service team has experienced its busiest month to date for delivery of new sluice room equipment and requests for routine servicing.
This surge in demand coincides with the launch of our new enhanced 360° Care Cover package that helps hospitals and care homes to manage maintenance and balance budgets more effectively.
We need to recruit more service engineers to help meet growing demand. They will be working on DDC Dolphin’s and also competitors’ machines under approved service agreements.
We expect to increase our team of service engineers by 20 per cent before the end of March 2019.
Our engineers use advanced Metrix software to help them deliver world-class customer service in the most effective and efficient way – giving clients peace of mind and saving them time and money.
Between them, the engineers have more than 200 years of experience working on DDC Dolphin and competitor machines.
Our customers are amazed when we tell them how much infection control equipment our engineers look after at so many hospitals and care homes across the country.
Our engineers really are unsung heroes. Without their weekly, quarterly and annual inspections, servicing and installations, hospitals would be forced to close wards and care homes would have to relocate patients.
We have been manufacturing, installing and servicing infection control equipment for sluice rooms for nearly three decades – helping to safeguard hospitals and care homes from Healthcare-Associated Infections (HCAIs), including superbugs.
