Position - National Business Development Manager 

Responsible to - Head of UK Sales

Location - Poole, Dorset

 

The Role

We are looking to recruit a National Business Manager for our UK Care Hospital team. Working with the leading Hospitals, Trusts and Healthcare Facilities, you will be tasked with building our presence within this market.  The role is office, home and field based.

Utilising a consultative sales approach you will identify new business opportunities and develop existing business using an agreed sales plan.  There will also be a responsibility to build contact networks across the entire decision making tree within the larger Trusts.

You will be expected to be dedicated to target achievement and consistently demonstrate a self-disciplined approach to your activity and customer interaction. Above all, you will be a winner.

Able to adapt your approach as necessary, you will be able to demonstrate the benefits of the ‘Solutions’ offered by DDC Dolphin.

The successful candidate will ideally have skills, experience and qualifications in the following areas:

Experience:

  • Strong sales experience
  • Target driven
  • Selling to all levels of decision makers    
  • Territory management experience
  • Experience of delivering a high level of customer service
  • Worked in a similar role within the Hospital or Care Home sector
  • Worked in a sales team or similar environment
  • Worked in a highly organised environment with strong administrative experience
